Nursing School Fees & Reimbursement

Scholarship Nursing Cadets Should Request Clinical Stipend the Semester PRIOR to Starting Clinicals. 

All scholarship stipends and reimbursements will not be handled through Army IgnitED. Click, or see below for link, and reach out to your Human Resources Assistant (HRA) for any assistance.

Scholarship Nursing Cadets are authorized:

• A 1-time $650 clinical stipend to use for purchasing clinical attire (scrubs, shoes, coat, etc.) and any necessary clinical equipment (stethoscope, shears, clipboard, etc.) It is recommend that you request the clinical stipend the semester PRIOR to starting clinicals.

• NCLEX test fee reimbursement of $200.

• NCLEX prep-course fee reimbursement of up to $500.

*NOTE:* No stipends or reimbursements will be processed post-graduation.

Scholarship Nursing Cadets are authorized a 1 time NCLEX exam fee and NCLEX review course reimbursement prior to college graduation.

Non-Scholarship Nursing Cadets may be approved for NCLEX exam fee and NCLEX review course reimbursement prior to college graduation, payable through the Cadet's Brigade, on a case-by-case basis.
